Tomorrow is the last day to enter the competition to win a family pass to the movies. Spend $30 or more in store, write your name and phone number on the back of your receipt and pop it in the jar. Winner announced Thursday.

For those that are wondering what a Gem Squash is, it's a popular vegetable in South Africa. There is many ways if cooking the Gem Squash. You can cut them in half, boil them and put butter in them, again, cut in half, scoop out the seeds, fill with them with cream corn and a bit of cheese on top then roast.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days β€” the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
