Recycling: keep it loose!
Did you know bagged recyclable items cannot be processed as operators cannot open individual bags? This is due to around 25 tonnes of recycling getting processed every hour, so bagged items often end up at the landfill.
To avoid this, simply have recyclables and plastic bags loose when throwing them in the yellow bin.
