Canterbury High Country book - unique Christmas present
New book about the lives of the colonial sheepfarmers, the Enys brothers of Castle Hill. Featured are 19th century paintings of the high country by Charles Enys, which are held in the National Library of Australia in Canberra. These are matched with 'then and now' photographs by John O'Malley. Further photos, some historic, and other paintings should interest those who love the area - skiers, mountain bikers, trampers and farmers.
