Hi neighbours, A Ponsonby psychologist's message for the community and wider NZ is: "it's OK not to be OK" during the lockdown. Dr Kirsten Wooff wrote the advice, along with 29 other mental health tips, on the footpath in chalk while out for a walk on Ponsonby Rd.
She said she did it because she wanted to uplift the community. What are people in your area doing to spread positivity during the lockdown?
