Pension payment increase

Bruce from Herne Bay

Kia ora koutou,
Bruce Hopkins is my name. I am sending this as an invitation to all pensioners who can do so, to join me in donating the first instalment of the increase in our pensions, which will be in your bank on Tuesday 11th April, to the wonderful Grandparents Raising Grandchildren organisation.
I tramped the 3000km Te Araroa trail 5 yrs ago & as part of doing so fund raised for GRG. We raised $30K. Last Nov for my 67th b'day, I did 67 backflips off the local wharf & raised $3K for GRG. I have witnessed how hugely taxing it is for grandparents to have to take on the role of full time care giver to their beloved grandchildren. Many of them do not have excess finances & many also have to battle the govt departments to receive the support they are eligible for. I estimate their are close to 400,000 pensioners who have been able to become financially independent by the time they get the pension. If you can afford to please join me in donating that first increase in payment of $100+ for a couple & $67 for a single to GRG by going the link below. They will receive 100% of what you give. This money will some of the 9,500 grandchildren living with grandparents go to a school holiday camp experience at somewhere like Camp Adair in the Hunuas.

Aucklanders, we want to know: How are you feeling about the current property market?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

But there is a silver lining: buyers are still in a strong position when it comes to negotiating prices.

So we’re curious…
How are you feeling about the current property market?

If you’re keen to dive into the details, Deborah Morris breaks down all the latest insights.
