If you leave electrical stuff outside your house - on the grass verge for other folk to pic up randomly. Just leave a note to say if it's working - or not.
I have seen heaters, TVs, Printers, Electric stoves etc.
Just dumped. But - If they are in good working order, there is a good chance that people will pick them up.
Otherwise, folk will assume they are useless and that you expect the Council to remove them at ratepayer's expense....
