We did carefully watch the video by Penny Hulse advising of the correct method. However, I have found that removing the entire sticky strip from the tag and mashing it all up together around the handle (including scribbling my address all over it which doesn't help at all) is the best way (tho not 100%) to prevent people from stealing my tags. Looping it thru neatly as the council suggests is way too easy to rip off I'm afraid. It must be a hard job, cold early mornings, smelly hot summer afternoons and heaven knows what the wages are like. I'm disappointed that the council has made a difficult job even harder. Kind regards, your neighbours. x
