First home games of NZ first Professional Baseball team - This Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Te Atatu is fortunate enough to be hosting the first season for New Zealand's first professional baseball team in the Australian league, the Auckland Tuatara's. The first home season game is in THIS Friday 23rd November 3pm. Followed by games on Saturday at 12pm/ 3pm and Sunday at 3pm. Home games will be played at McLeod Road Park, Te Atatu South. Should be a good atmosphere down there with tailgate parties and a food truck alley. It is recommended those keen to get tickets early as there is a short home season and limited seating.
There are discounted tickets available on Grab One at the moment.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
