Development in Breach of Land Covenant - 10 The Boulevard - Current site of Dairy

Claire from Sunnyhills

Just wanted to make more people aware of this facebook page that the local Sunnyhills Neighbourhood Community have set up. Its called - Stop this development in Sunnyhills. Lots of great info on Land Covenants in that area and they're all working together as a community to stop a 3 storey Development going ahead o the site of a current small Dairy! That is totally not in keeping with the land covenant on that site!?! What a great community I live in. Please check out the page and give it a like if you also live in Sunnyhills area and can support the local community.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
