Bodylight Classes - Pilates/Yoga/Qigong
Dear Friend,
Welcome back to all our dear Bodylight family!
Learn more: mailchi.mp...
We welcome the new year with fresh and hopeful hearts and minds .
A new symbolic beginning always lends itself to gestures of positive change, improving the ways we look after ourselves and others.
We have had a very restorative time on and in the water. Sailing, swimming, and just being... surrounded by pure, vast nature brought us closer to ourselves.
The studio is now open and all classes are on - as usual.
We look forward to seeing you all back at the studio, and/or at one of our special events, courses or retreats.

Pet sitting/ Dog boarding
Hi everyone,
We’re staying local over the holidays and offering dog sitting and boarding for anyone who’s been caught out by last-minute changes or can’t find a spot for their dog.
Calm, home environment and lots of care. Happy to answer questions and see if we’re the right match. 🐾
Please message me if you’d like to chat.
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
