Are you missing out on a house because your bank is to slow?
Just met a client who missed out making an offer on a home because her bank took two weeks to respond to a request for an approval. Gave her a loan offer with lots of unnecessary conditions and refused to even book a face to face meeting until the funds from sale of existing home had been deposited in the account. Banks are busy and staff get paid regardless of outcomes. You need someone who is passionate about your success and motivated to help in your corner and on your side.
