Creative Cooking with left overs
We all love food. As a society, we devour countless cooking shows, culinary magazines and foodie blogs. So how could we possibly be throwing nearly 50% of it in the trash? Kiwi households throw away 122,547 tonnes of food every year. Do you know how much food your household is contributing to that number? Come and learn how to save your leftovers and reduce on your waste. In our creative cooking class, we’ll share some easy, take-home recipes for you to be able to create delicious and nutritious meals out of leftovers. We will also share some handy tips on how to store your food better so that it lasts longer. At the end of the class we’ll get to enjoy the tasty snacks/dishes that we’ll have conjured up.
