These courses are run during the school terms, numbers are limited to 10 for individual attention. Fundamentals are slightly gentler than the Bodysculpt classes but with the same objectives of addressing strength and flexibility imbalances in your whole body. We use pilates equipment such as foam rollers, chi balls, power circles, bands and sticks – all supplied - to enhance and guide your movements. Introductory one-on-one sessions are offered if you have never done pilates before or if you are rehabilitating - $70 one hour.

Bodysculpt Pilates is a casual mat class using pilates equipment (foam rollers, chi balls, power circles, bands and sticks - all supplied) to enhance and guide your movements.
We address strength and flexibility imbalances in your whole body with the added benefits of flatter abs and less tension in your neck, back and shoulders.
This is more of an intermediate level, however beginners are most welcome. If you have not done pilates before please contact Kim first on 021 275 2666 or deanandkim@xtra.co.nz.

As a society, we devour countless cooking shows, culinary magazines and foodie blogs. So how could we possibly be throwing nearly 50% of it in the trash? Kiwi households throw away 122,547 tonnes of food every year. Do you know how much food your household is contributing to that number? Come and learn how to save your leftovers and reduce on your waste. In our creative cooking class, we’ll share some easy, take-home recipes for you to be able to create delicious and nutritious meals out of leftovers. We will also share some handy tips on how to store your food better so that it lasts longer. At the end of the class we’ll get to enjoy the tasty snacks/dishes that we’ll have conjured up.
