Bodysculpt Pilates

Bevan Chuang from Orakei Community Centre

$125 for 10 class concession card (valid for 12 months) or $16 casual class

Bodysculpt Pilates is a casual mat class using pilates equipment (foam rollers, chi balls, power circles, bands and sticks - all supplied) to enhance and guide your movements.

We address strength and flexibility imbalances in your whole body with the added benefits of flatter abs and less tension in your neck, back and shoulders.

This is more of an intermediate level, however beginners are most welcome. If you have not done pilates before please contact Kim first on 021 275 2666 or deanandkim@xtra.co.nz.

Bookings are not required.

Lest we forget...

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

On this ANZAC Day, let's take a moment to remember and honor the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve our country.

Tell us who are you honouring today. Whether it's a story from the battlefield or a memory of a family member who fought in the war, we'd love you to share your stories below.
