Tim Bray Productions presents their school holiday 5-day Hit the Stage! programme and popular single-day Theatre Workshops. Hit the Stage! students have the experience of devising their very own piece of theatre to perform to loved ones at the end of the week. Theatre Workshops allow your children (ages 5-12yrs) to have exclusive backstage tours, with exciting theatre and craft activities.

Hit the Stage! takes place at TAPAC, Mon 9 - Fri 13 July and Theatre Workshops are offered at the PumpHouse Theatre in half-day or full-day sessions on July 16, 17, 18 or 19. Click here for more info and to book. Learn more

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
