Mother cat needs loving home

Rachael from Glendowie

Last week we rescued this beautiful Mummy cat (Primrose) and her 7 cute kittens from the streets in Glen Innes. We have decided to firstly try and find this very sweet hardworking young Mum a home (to go to when she has weaned her kittens) she is very easy going, has only ever been sweet and kind, doesn’t seem to mind our dogs barking from inside the safety of her bedroom and even didn’t bat an eyelid when one of our cats burst into the room. 🤣 She is very young herself I would think only a year old she is an amazing Mum and we only want the best home for her and deserves all the love she can get. So if you would like to come and view Prim (and her 7 kittens please message me)
Ps - she didn’t even mind me putting our cats collar on her just to trial a collar)
Thanks Rachael

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
