Ahh the crunch of autumn leaves.. a nice example of mindfulness, being in the moment with the sounds and textures, letting the mind’s preoccupations slip away, life feels better.

I run all-welcome relaxing mindfulness sessions at Meadowbank - come along and try it out to see what it is like! - gentle movement and stillness.
