An Insurance That Could Save Your Life
Hi Neighbours,
Here is some news that may have passed you by but could, literally, save your life.
You will all remember the cancer drug cases during the last two years but how many of you realise that some of your own medical insurers, such as Southern Cross, won't pay for non-Pharmac cancer and other immunotherapy drugs?
AIA now offers you the chance to enhance your existing medical insurance plan with their Cancer Treatment Benefit which provides non-surgical cover up to $500,000 per year for specialist consultations and tests for the diagnosis of cancer. Should cancer be diagnosed, it provides access to Pharmac and non-Pharmac treatments and the latest Medsafe-approved cancer immunotherapy medicines.
New Zealanders ought to have access to cancer immunotherapy medicines if you want and need them, and AIA’s bolt-on Cancer Treatment Benefit gives you this choice. It offers cover for cancer care from diagnosis and treatment, through to recovery and potential cure.
This cancer benefit is available as an add on to AIA’s REAL Trauma cover, minimum $100,000 cover for adults 18 - 65 and children 0 - 17.
Please read the article in the link and call me on 027 940 0142 if you would like to enhance your existing cover or put medical insurance and the cancer benefit in place for you and your family.
