Your feedback needed! Upgrade of intersection on the corner of Meadowbank Rd and Manapau St (opposite retirement village)

I came home to find my Kitchen ranchslider curtains and nets outside on the deck.... delightful dog had pulled them out thru the cat door, in the process he destroyed the cat door, half of the exterior wood on the rear of the house which resulted in employing a builder to repair damages and of course the curtains.
