We thought we would kick things off now by encouraging people to share a favourite recipe.
This could be a whānau favourite, your aunty’s special chutney, a secret (or potentially not!) curry dish, or your most-loved cake.
We’ll then share your recipe throughout the land for people to try, share, and enjoy within their communities.
Either email your recipe to kiaora@neighboursday.org.nz or submit it here - www.neighboursday.org.nz...

Let me know if they're yours. They've been in the park for 2 days (left and right shoe 100m apart!) so brought them home for safekeeping.
I'M me for pickup details.

We loved this car seat, bought 4 and half years ago, brand new at Baby City for $500 and used ever since! It still has 3 years before the official expire and it has never been in a car crash. From a smoke and pet free home too. It's a solid car seat and the fabric has a natural feel with lovely colours for a kid. It come with new parts that haven't been used as you'll see from the photo and it has some stains of the fabric near the buckle from usage which is also visible on the photo, which is also reflected in the price. We ask $150, pick up in St. Heliers. PM me if interested. Thank you
Price: $150

This week’s self care topic is SLEEP.
Now, this is a HUGE topic to unpack so I’m going to barely scratch the surface here but I am going to try to bridge the gap between what the research tells us and some of our more prominent societal attitudes towards sleep:
1. Sleep is not like money – you can’t spend the week in a sleep-deficit and try to catch up on the weekend.
2. A lot of the way our social and work lives are structured doesn’t give getting enough sleep the priority it deserves.
3. Caffeine & alcohol can affect the QUALITY of our sleep.
