Join us for an ‘Information Morning’ on Physical Wellbeing for Seniors!
🗓 Date: Monday, 24th June 2024
⏰ Time: 10:30 am - 12:30 pm (Arrive from 10:15 am)
📍 Venue: Anchorage Park Community House, 16 Swan Crescent, Pakuranga, Auckland 2010
💰 Cost: A Koha would be greatly appreciated

What to Expect During the Session:
• First Half: Dr. Carlos Lam Yang from East Care Urgent Care Medical Centre will discuss all things physical wellbeing – from senior fitness to maintaining muscle strength.
• Second Half: Virtual Village East volunteers will share their experiences with physical wellbeing initiatives.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
