Hi All, I'm a certified yoga instructor with 12 years experience in specialised one on one yoga to cater for your needs and abilities. If you don't want to go out for yoga gather a few friends and family together if you have the space at home or garage and you can share the cost. Investment $100 for the hour with a special 30% discount for neighbourly connections for the months of February and March 2023.

I will intuitively guide you through a practice that everyone will benefit from so if you're new to yoga and hesitant to go to a studio or advanced and looking to be challenged, reach out and I will come to your residence.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
