Natural health consultations available
Hi everyone, Callan here!
I'm a qualified naturopath and medical herbalist based in the Eastern suburbs and I have my own natural health business called Colourful Minds. I have some spots available pre-Christmas for anybody who's looking to get on a healthy track over the summer break or address any ongoing health concerns. I have a special interest in stress management and nervous system health, so if you are keen to tackle any issues (big or small) and get your health heading in a better direction then feel free to reach out!
After an initial consultation, you can expect a robust health plan that's catered to your current lifestyle and health goals and any follow ups will continue to target areas of improvement and what we can do to keep making progress. I'm registered with the NMHNZ (Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand) and as a qualified medical herbalist, I can also recommend and organise herbal formulas.
I'm offering 20% off my usual consult fee in the spirit of Christmas too, because why not!
You can check out my website here too if you are interested! www.colourfulminds.co.nz...
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
