Sport has always been a great way for families to bond. Our Lawn Bowls 101 course, Oct 2, 9, 16 welcomes the family to have a go together.
Our course is perfect for beginners as well as for those who enjoy our social bowls and want to brush up so you can jump right in this summer. Or maybe your holiday work party is at a bowls club and you really want your skills to sparkle!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
