π "LEAN & TONE DETOX" WOMEN PROJECT π
... WHY DETOX FOR HEALTH ? ...
Most of us know that health and well-being are strongly linked with what we eat - or with what we don't eat.
Research proves that day-to-day energy, vitality, mood and brain function can be improved through food choices. Healthy skin, hair, eyes, gums, and nails are largely dependent on a good diet.
So WHY DETOX?
The term "detox" has been used for many years to describe a process of rethinking what we eat and drink in order to "cleanse" our bodies, in particular the liver and gut (digestive system) which are meant to cleanse & absorb the food you eat, so you can feel healthy, revitalized , toxin-free and running at optimum efficiency.

And down below are the main benefits that people notice when they follow a balanced detoxing way of eating. These benefits are more obvious and more pronounced over time:
> Weight loss
> Reduction in fluid retention
> Improved digestive function
> Increased energy
> Better sleep
> Better skin
> Improved mood - less chance of depression and anxiety!
.... and the list goes on ...
