Parking in Howick
Is there any one else having trouble finding a parking space in Howick. There is a container that is taking up 6 spaces in a 3 hour park. I hope that they are paying for this. I have had to miss appointments, because I can't get a parking space. come home and give up, even walk from half way down Moore St, in order to find a parking space.From 9.30am on.
