Simple mindfulness tip to destress
The single most valuable thing I can offer to people feeling stressed is the first principle of mindfulness practice, paying attention to your body with a friendly attitude.
For example, you might feel into the sensation of the soles of your feet as you stand, wait in a queue, walk on grass or sand. It can be as easy as that.
Being in the present moment like this creates a sense of stability, an anchor for ourselves that helps ease the mind and reduce chronic stress.
