Auckland restaurant Pasture left with thousands of dollars of stock due to lockdown
Kia ora neighbours, small businesses are again doing it tough as Auckland locks down.
Owner and chef at Pasture, Ed Verner, said he was "upset and distressed" by the lockdown news after ordering thousands of dollars worth of stock hours before the announcement. He's now left with 50kg of seafood that he doesn't know what to do with, as well as booking cancellations that will cost him dearly.
