New Yoga Session in Kohimarama
Hi all .. I'm starting a new Yoga session on 31st January at Kohi Yacht Club and thought I'd share the details here in case it is on anybody's route home from work. It's Tuesdays at 6pm - Easy Yoga for Everybody. This class is suitable for all .. if you want a gentle approach - this class is for you .. if you want to push yourself to your limit - this class is also for you! By using modifications and adapting each movement and pose to suit your own body you will receive exactly what you are looking for in your practice. Expect a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, clear instructions and options to choose from to enable easier fluidity or a challenging workout. Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
