Last chance mindfulness course for six months!
Hi Neighbours, I am excited to be starting a mindfulness course on Sunday afternoon in Stonefeilds. It is the last course that I will run for 6 months.
So if you want to join a small group heading off on an 8-week programme of transformational Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction get in touch with me.
It is the world’s leading and most-proven mindfulness programme.
It is a special journey, and I love teaching it and seeing the benefits people get from it, but I have another commitment after this course, so I won't be starting another course until about May next year.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
