Slowness, stillness, stability
Do you know that feeling of a distracted busy mind? That 'noise' leads us to act on autopilot, using shortcuts in the brain rather than being fully present. We get stuck in patterns of behaviour such as worry and feeling chronically 'stressed.'
The antidote to that is slowing, paying attention to what is going on in our bodies and around us. We strengthen these brain pathways of experiencing, of being in the present moment.
