Noxious weeds taking over?

Mary-Clare from Farmer's Daughter Gardeners

With Alert level 3 kicking in next Tuesday, we at Farmer's Daughter Gardeners can't wait to get back on the tools...

Do you have any of these nasties?
- Woolley Night Shade
- Privet
- Convolulous (the invasive kind)
With Lockdown Level 4, we've been walking around our neighbourhoods and doing work in our gardens. These bad boys can take over or cause nasty allergies. Team FD can get rid of them for you... some need on-going vigilance to get under control. Our regular maintenance service will ensure they don't get away on you again.
Drop us a text, phone call or email and we'll get onto it smartly.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
