I am Dada Shuddha, a senior Yoga meditation instructor from Ananda Marga, an international Yoga and meditation organization will be starting yoga and meditation class for the beginners and prescribe diet and Asanas to the sick people, who are suffering with different physical and psychic ailments. our class will start from 25th July (Thursday) every week from 6.00pm to 7.30pm.
