Try Dragon's Beard Candy
Join us Sunday 22 June 2.30pm at Highland Park Library, for a fun free demonstration and tasting of "Dragon's Beard Candy" also known as Chinese cotton candy. A traditional Chinese confectionery characterized by its thin, thread-like strands resembling a dragon's beard. It's made from sugar and maltose, meticulously stretched and folded into thousands of delicate threads.
