Seniors welcome to try Mindfulness
Hi Neighbours,
We have a lovely small group of mostly seniors who enjoy mindfulness- Come and meet us and soothe body and mind with a gentle mindfulness session of ease and peace on Monday 17th November.
The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation. Meadowbank Community Centre 1.30 - 2.45pm.
Koha welcome (first session free). Contact me 021 255 1485. Ongoing third Monday of the month.
