A fine (feline?) way to start the day
With the mornings being lighter, Sparky is helping me start the day mindfully. I watch the sun rising, do some stretches, and meditate, setting up the beginning of the day so I can take that sense of being present, calm and grounded through the rest of the day.
For me, it sure beats reaching for my phone as soon as I wake up, a tendency I used to have which left me feeling agitated right away, yet the documentary “The social dilemma” suggests that is what most people do.
