Looking for a studio or 1 bedroom flat for a lovely elderly man who has been living with me for the last 2years, due to my family circumstances changing, he has to move out as we need the space. He has never missed rent, he obviously is 83 years of age and my kids love him to bits.
Needs his own kitchen/kitchenette and toilet, bathroom

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
