Im a local teacher and we are looking at sustainable farming practises in New Zealand. It's a big and somewhat long shot, but does anyone here know a farm that would be willing to host 60 students a day over 2 "day trips" and give us a tour on how their farm complies with regulations and is aimed at sustatainable practises? We're bringing a scientist and would like to test some water as well. Like I said, long shot, but maybe we'll get lucky and someone here will have a contact!
