LIVE DAY | Village Fête

Howick Historical Village Pakuranga, Auckland from Howick Historical Village

It’s our annual Village Fête Live Day and we're celebrating 45 years since the Village opened!

Try your hand at traditional fair games and win prizes! With face painting, crafts, and competitions there will be something for everyone.

See a display of photographs and memorabilia comparing 'Then & Now' and look back at some of the highlights and personalities who have helped shape the Howick Historical Village into the unique heritage destination it is today.

Learn how to make homemade butter, attend a Victorian school lesson, or watch demonstrations of woodturning and bookbinding! Catch live performances from Morris Dancers at 11 & 12, and the bagpipe band at 1pm.

Mister Gelato will be on site and the sweet shop open, filled with treats. Enjoy a sausage sizzle or lunch at the Homestead Café.

Admission: adult $18, student/senior $14, child $10, family $46, free entry for Society members, annual pass holders & children under five. Homestead Café will be open for dine-in or to takeaway into the Village grounds.
