We receive numerous enquiries relating to family, neighbourhood, consumer and customer service disputes.
The following tips might help reduce the human and financial cost we invariably experience when we lose the ability to listen and to understand.

Our Bureau and our website www.cab.org.nz... have a great deal of information that might help, and our trained volunteers are also here to help.

We are open Monday to Thursday 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. and Friday 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
