Tai Chi / Qigong Class ACC approved accredited class

Lee from Woolston

Super stoked to let you all know I am now a strength and balance ACC approved accredited for both Qigong and Tai Chi classes!

Anyone looking for a class can rest assured knowing that my classes are of a standard that covers strength and balance suitable for us as we age.

Qigong and Tai Chi provide the perfect mix of slow gentle movements to build strength, balance, and flexibility while boosting our serotonin levels for that ultimate hit of calmness.

At present, I have two classes running:

Both at 105 Bridle Path Road Heathcote Valley
Mondays 10am -11am Tai Chi

Tuesdays 10am - 10:45am Qigong

First class free to try
