No, it's not an orchid as I previously thought. It's the Mexican Lily, (Beschorneria yuccoides). I went back to Hokio with a proper camera hoping to photograph the predicted tongue of the orchid flower only to find there was no orchid flower hidden inside. New photos will be uploaded.
