Beach Yoga

Amy from Farm Cove

Hello All,

We are new to the area and don't know a lot of people, I used to have an events based business - so now I am doing what we can here in lockdown.

I brought one of my passions to life & partnering with highly qualified yoga teachers to bring beach yoga to multiple locations around Auckland.

Mon / Wed / Friday

Farm Cove 9am
St Heliers 11am
Cox Bay 1pm
Takapuna 3pm

If you have put on the lock down chub, found yourself stressed out and a little in a funk, come breathe in some fresh salty sea air, do something good for yourself and lift your spirits pre summer season.

Super limited class sizes of 9 people - so hit me up if you know anyone who could be keen.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
