Get Back To It

Sam from Remuera

Kia ora Neighbours

Its Coach Sam here, we have been through a tough time in the past 12 months. As a result of the pandemic people are feeling stressed, anxious and just not 100% themselves. Really grateful we have been lucky enough to come out of it pretty good.

So I am offering no-cost easy to use plan called Get Back to It. Re-ignite your better self with a workout plan that will help those not sure what direction to take, what to do in the gym or not in a position to hire a Personal Trainer.

The reason I am doing this is because I believe everyone should have an opportunity to feel their best no matter what is going on in their lives.

Reach out by sending me your details to snyahando@gmail.com , call / text Sam 0211243791 and I will send you an email with a workout guide, nutritional guide and to top it all up you will get a complimentary 1-on-1 PT session to help you Get Back to It!

Special shout out to the amazing clients who have inspired me and kept me going these past 12 months you have been incredible!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
