Eve from Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

The retreat will have an emphasis on practices that are nourishing, and restorative, to strengthen self-compassion and deepen mindfulness practice.

It will include various mindful practices including movement, stillness and silence, taught by me and my lovely friend and fellow mindfulness teacher Debbie Schultz

WHEN/WHERE: Sunday 13th June 9.30am-4.30pm, at the beautiful Mary MacKillop Centre.

COST: Early bird $75 if booked and paid by the 31st of May, full rate $95. However if cost is a barrier to you attending please contact me.

If you are not a meditator but would like to learn this valuable path to a more peaceful life, then contact me to register for a free introduction session, or see my website www.everudkinmindfulness.co.nz...

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
