A first step to reduce stress - crunch on autumn leaves!

Eve from Eve Rudkin Mindfulness

Hi Neighbours, did you know that paying attention to your body with a friendly attitude is a first step to reducing stress?

For example, you might feel into the sensation of the soles of your feet as you stand, wait in a queue, walk on grass or sand - or autumn leaves! It can be as easy as that.

Being in the present moment like this creates a sense of stability, an anchor for ourselves that helps ease the mind and reduce chronic stress.

If you are interested in finding out more about mindfulness courses for proven stress management, contact me or see my website - link below.
