Insomniac Weight Lifting Mentor?
I'm reaching out in the hope that there is someone in the local area who would, by some fluke, be willing and/or able to meet me at a local Jettz around 2am and give me some guidance in regards to heavy lifting.
The weird hours are due to my job, but even just a few times would be fantastic as a working basis for a 3 day split is what I hope to achieve, initially.
