Roofer and builder needed - Urgent

Diana from Westmere

Hi all,
I have an urgent roofing and building problem. While away up north, one of my carpeted rooms flooded from what appears to be an internal gutter overflowing/leaking and the water travelling down within the house wall and existing on the carpet. It is not obvious where the leak is up above.

I have tried ringing many roofers but none reply, others haven't turned up and the closest I can get anyone to do an inspection is the end of January! The carpet has been dried by Jaes but that will not fix the causal problem - the wall is still showing moisture.
Even the insurance company has no recommendations.

I need a roofer and probably a builder to take the room lining down and probably replace the gutter.

Recommendations please preferably before the next downpour!

Thanks,
Diana

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
