Office and Operations Lead - Part Time

Currently operating in Ellerslie, we want a super star to lead the operations of the business as we continue to grow. This is a part time role with 15 hours per week with a strong likelihood that hours will increase.


You’ll be in the driver’s seat, steering the formation of back end operations of the business that includes:
- Back End office and Client Management: Create and innovate new systems required to provide continuity of delivery
- Engage in managing bookings, calendars, events. Back end office administration on a weekly basis. [invoicing, GST, managing calendar, liaising with client's for meetings and bookings]
Growth Management: Understand and manage marketing systems and outcomes
- Present any innovations that support business growth based on your previous experience
- Build existing client relationships and discover sales opportunities.
- Tech savvy and with advanced level of skills using cloud based business tools
- You use graphic design cloud based tools to create essential marketing materials [optional]

You are not afraid to take initiative, and drive projects to the end, confident to make decisions and deliver high quality outputs with a strong eye for the small things [details]. You'll understand what it takes to build a business as you may have been self-employed previously. You might be a parent wanting to get back into regular work, or need a change from your current role with an opportunity to make this role your own. Hours are flexible, and working from home from time to time is available, so work can be done during school hours.
