Accomodation wanted
Accomodation wanted in Hastings/Havelock North or surrounding area for 4-5 young professionals.They are currently living in our rental however on a short term agreement which has come to an end. They have been excellent tenants and have looked after our home well. We are sad they have to go. All are in fill employment and no pets. Am happy to provide references.Thank you

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?
Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.

New neighbour
Okay folks, if you feed your animals outside, you might want to rethink that. We have new nocturnal neighbours, inside Havelock North.
There is a very well fed brush tail possum up the pōhutukawa tree in my garden.
I don’t know where it’s come in from, but it’s in the middle of a residential neighbourhood, so keep an eye on your pet doors, open windows and doors and pet food.
I’ll be notifying council and DOC tomorrow.
